Twilight Pizza Bistro is a small independent restaurant in the Pacific Northwest specializing in pizza and Italian food. It offers an extensive selection of craft beer and wine.

Twilight opened in May of 2007 and will be moving to a larger facility with greater kitchen flexibility, increased seating capacity and a full bar with a small in-house craft brewing facility in the summer of 2011.
